This study aimed to explore the organizational loyalty level of the employees of the local administration tear., And its relationship with some demographic variables (gender, professional seniority, level of education) and the pursuit of the objectives of the study were used the descriptive and analytical approach, and access to the literature theory of the subject was a questionnaire to measure design Organizational Commitment and represent the study population in the local administration state employees tear (the municipality, the Chamber, the state) and total sample size of 218 people, the study found the presence of a high level of organizational loyalty among local administration liquefied state officials, and there were no significant differences statistically in the organizational loyalty variable depending on the race, and said there were statistically significant differences in organizational loyalty depending on the level of seniority of each of the professional and educational level differences
