أثر المتغيرات الديموغرافية و التنظيمية في الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين في منظمات الأعمال : دراسة ميدانية في قطاعي البنوك و الاتصالات-الأردن

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of demographical and organizational variables on job satisfaction of both banks and telecommunications corporation employees in Jordan.

job satisfaction is one of the major determinants of the physical, psychological, and social wellbeing of an employee.

The researcher used a survey of (200) subjects of employees working at both private banks and telecommunications corporations in Jordan.

The researcher used a proper statistical techniques such as: standard deviations, mathematical mediator, simple regression, (F) test and others.

Results indicated that there is a positive relation between Demographic variables on one side and job satisfaction on the other side.This study reinforces the importance of employee’s job satisfaction which is essential for successful firm in current era.

Managers at Banks and Telecommunications sectors, should work on approaching higher levels of job satisfaction through authority delegation, job participation, recognition and respect, and finally through serious and generous motivation programmers
