This study aims to determine the impact on the overall quality of competitiveness, and the extent of the application of fertilizers Jordanian companies to the concept of total quality management, and the study of the relationship between the management of the overall quality and competitiveness management.

To achieve the objectives of this study, it has been the development of a questionnaire, and distributed to the general managers and their assistants and directors of departments and supervisors of production in the study sample companies.

Use the researcher some statistical methods (descriptive and analytical) for the purpose of answering the study questions and test hypotheses, the study found that the study sample companies are interested overall dimensions of total quality management, they applied these dimensions and varying levels of degrees, has been associated with a higher level of application support and commitment of senior management, followed by a focus on the customer, then the concept of continuous improvement of operations, while the lower level associated with the application of attention workers.

The study also showed a strong correlation between the spirits of all the dimensions of total quality management, and indicators of competitiveness.

And the existence of a significant relationship between each dimension of TQM dimensions solo "and Recommends study the ability to increase the focus on the implementation of all the dimensions of the overall quality, attention to studies related to strategic markets, and economic variables, and to identify the competitors situation continuously.
