أثر أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف على أداء وظائف و أنشطة المؤسسات الاقتصادية : دراسة آراء عينة من مدراء الملبنات و المجبنات في ولايات الوسط الجزائرية

This study aimed to measure the degree of application of the method management by objectives M.B.O by a sample of managers in milk and cheese institutions in the center states of Algeria, and to identify the different models of management by objectives in the institutions and the possibility to apply them, where the study sample consisted of 67 Researches, and it has been using descriptive and analytical approach and its scientific procedures to be compatible with the nature of this study, the results have shown the applicability of the method of management by objectives with good degree at all the study axes, as the results have shown no statistically significant differences between the study axes depending on the variables (educational qualification and practical experience), with a statistically significant effect at the level (0.000**) of the independent variable’s dimensions (participation in goal setting, trust between superior and subordinate, subordinates commitment in goals achieving, feedback between superior and subordinate) on the dependent variable (management by objectives for the functions: planning, organization and coordination, execution and control, performance evaluation), and in the light of the study’s results, the authors stress the importance of the application of management by objectives by the managers of the Algerian milk and cheese institutions, and that because of its implications in guiding the employees’ behavior of and assessing their performance
