This paper aims to reveal the relationship between the organizational commitment and the organizational effectiveness within the National Phosphate Mines Institution "Samiphos" in Bir Al-Atar, Tabessa.

In order to achieve this endeavor, we conducted a field approach using a non-probability sample estimated at 140, The study concluded that the emotional commitment to contribute in guiding the efforts of individuals towards achieving the goals of industrial organization, and job satisfaction levels increase the greater commitment Alastmrrari among individuals within the industrial enterprise indicators, In addition, the normative commitment leads to the development of the capabilities of individuals within the industrial establishment.

Finally, It was found that the organizational commitment is closely related to the organizational effectiveness within the industrial institution, where it contributes effectively to achieve it.
