The objective of this paper is to demonstrate the importance of the true value method in modern and normative accounting.
it gives a faith full and a more real image of the enterprise value.
In Algeria, the apply of this new model of evaluation, is always a problem because of the total absence of market rules in all levels.
The enterprises and the other concerned players find themselves in the obligation of saving the traditional principle of evaluation, which is the historical cost.
In this way, the partial application of international accounting norms will, automatically, have effects on the trust of information and a bad interpretation of financial records
الملخص FRE
L'objectif de ce papier est de démontrer l’importance de la méthode de la juste valeur dans une comptabilité moderne et normalisée.
Elle donne une image fidèle et plus réelle de la valeur de l’entreprise.
En Algérie l’application de ce nouveau modèle d’évaluation pose toujours problème en raison de l’absence totale des règles du marché à tous les niveaux.
Faute de quoi, les entreprises et les autres acteurs concernés se trouvent dans l’obligation de conserver le principe traditionnel d’évaluation , qui est le coût historique.
Ainsi, l’application partielle des normes comptables internationales aura automatiquement des effets sur la fiabilité des informations et une mauvaise interprétation des états financiers
