الملخص EN

This paper examines the relationship between transformational leadership dimensions and employees' job engagement in Cairo five- star hotels.

It explores how participants of employees deem transformational leader and how this leader helps them to keep vigorous, dedicated, and absorbed at work.

The paper concludes with a discussion of the importance of supervisors spending tune teaching, coaching, developing their employees, and how this makes the employees more willing to dedicate extra effort and be more engaged in the job performance with the aim of producing world class levels of innovation, enhancing service quality and generating competitive advantage.
