This article aims to show the Algerian regulation of freedom of beliefbased on the content of the various constitutionsand the order No.

06-03 relating to the exercise of religious rites for non-Muslims.And then to make an assessment of the extent of itssuccess in organizingthis right in the light of all of the legalrules and the provisions of Islamic jurisprudence,in otherwords the extent of itscompetence to legallyreconcile all of its obligations in accordance with the rules of international lawthat impose on all states to recognizethis right and protectit, and subjectthemto a range of effective mechanisms tocontrol theircommitments.

As well as their obligations in accordance with the provisions ofIslamiclaw, whichdid not neglect the organization of this right, whogotjurisprudentialdifferencesconcerning thelimits on itsexercise and protection,for example, whether the apostasyfrom Islam fellwithin the freedom of belief or not.
