This study aimed to identify Hie degree of participation of governmental middle schools principals of human relationships from the perspective of school teachers m Riyadh.

To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire which was checked by sincerity and persistence.

Then applied on a sample survey of pxiblic school teachers m the middle of Riyadh city The total number is (89) teacher.

Tbe researcher used a number of statistical methods appropriate to the nature of this study.

The most important results of this stud}-: - The degree of the headmaster of human relationships with teachers, m general, where hsh average war (3.38 out of4).

- The average mean ranged between (2.96), and (3.80) for the exercise of the headmaster of human relationships with teachers, which ranged between the degree of medium, and heh score.

- The phrase 'begins with a greeting of Islam the school principal when he neets with teachers." came n the first stage with average (3.80 out of 4).

- The phrase "authorizes the Director of the school teachers as part of his powers" came n the last stage average of (2.9 of 4).

- The reliability* coefficient for the axe of the study where high school ranged between (0.90 - 0.94) and the overall persetence coefficient (0.97) and this indicates that the questionnaire has a heh degree of stability.

- The lack of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.5) for the variables of the study ( Scknrific qualification the type of qualification, wars of service).

In light of the results of the study, the researcher assigned a number of recommendations.?
