This research aimed at recognizing the order of values of 179 secondary school students according to the variables of private and public schools in Damascus city, and the family learning level, financial status and their occupations, and also according to sex.

This comparison was achieved by using Allport, Vernon, and Lendzey test.

And the spss system was used to reveal the order of values which was composed of theoretical, social, economic, political, religious, and aesthetical values.

The order of values of private school students is: economic, political, social, theoretical, religious, aesthetical values.

And for public school students is: political, theoretical, economic, social, religious, and aesthetical values, respectively And for the females: political, economic, social, theoretical, religious, and aesthetical values.

in order The counted signs of difference between males and females in the economic, and political values were in favor of males, but the religious, and aesthetical values were in favor of females.

According to the family financial situation, the different signs were on the economic and religious values.

And to the father learning level, the different sign was only on the aesthetical value.
