Tourism is highly important to the Lebanese economy as the country is very dependent on the service sector.

In the fifties, sixties and even mid-seventies, tourism played a vital role until it was directly hit by the unfortunate events that stormed the country till the 1990s.

Then tourism rose again due to the solid natural and human resources, a true gift from God: ideal climate, ecological diversity, strategic location and many more all contributed to somehow “brand” Lebanon globally.

And because Israel from the beginning is built on Frequent aggression and as it knew from the early start that Lebanon is the only competitive destination, so since the year 1978, it spread its.hostility from the south reacliing eventually the capital Beirut in the year 1982 employing* the agonizing air strikes, thus breaking all international norms and conventions; all economic cores of Lebanon basically were devastated!
