Abstract: Islam gave the orphans great interest, and special attention, taking into account the difficult psychological conditions came from losing the father; which cause humiliation and loneliness, so God asked who are capable and who have righteousness and goodness to take care of orphans and treat them well, so they will not be vulnerable or easy money target, especially that Palestinians were subject to aggressive wars by the Zionist enemy in the last period, which resulted in thousands of martyrs, who left behind, a lot of children, those who need a helping hand, and psychological support, so it is necessary to avoid any conflict between the mother and the grandfather, based on this I selected the following title for the paper (Orphan care, custody and the state of their money in the light of Quran.

The research plan consists of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion.

First section: I highlighted the concept of the orphan, their care, their custody in the light of the Quran.

Second section: I stated the nursery, its conditions and duration, those who are responsible to provide the nursery, the nursery fees, how and when to see the child.

As a conclusion, the custody should goes to the mother.

Third section: I discussed the wealth of the orphan, its determination, when its term expires, Is it permissible for the guardian to use the wealth of the orphan? Then I concluded that the financial matters should be with the grandfather.
