The present study aimed to design an electronic inter active guide and learn about its impact on the development of artistic culture for students of all colleges in the Northern Border University.

The study sample (160) was made up of students of the second year, and the impact of electronic guide was measured by the study tool, which was a cognitive test that included 58 questions divided into six themes.

Arithmetic means, standard deviation, differences between the averages, correlation coefficients, and (T) values have been used to reach results that showed the effectiveness of the interactive electronic directory on the development of artistic culture among Northern Border University students.

The results also showed statistically significant differences (0.05) between average pre and post measurement experimental and control group in favor of post measurement, and the presence of statistically significant differences (0.05) between the average two post measurement for the experimental and control group in favor of the experiment.
