Acknowledging that the Public Relations Department is one of the components of administration in Saudi universities , it is assumed to reflect its real face and the progress of the services, in addition to providing views and impressions of its audiences by which official decision makers can modify the policies and actions in accordance with the hopes and aspirations of the target audience of service .

In that spirit , an urgent need has been crystallized to know the reality of Public Relations in Saudi universities.

Accordingly , the results of this study indicated : 1.

The programs provided by the public relations to the public is unconvincing 2.

Lack of discontentment about educational programs implemented by the Department of Public Relations 3.

Failure of public relations of providing appropriate programs.

Existence of significant differences with statistical indications on public satisfaction about Public Relations Programs in Saudi Universities depending on the academic qualification variables.
