Investment is a reference mainstay for modern economies and locomotive dragging economic sectors due to the consequent development of transforming nations need for economic advancement and promotion of development.Investment requires an investment atmosphere saves everyone's rights and encourages investment.

Here lies the importance of the investment contracts in the financing of economic and living sectors of the countries.

However, the deal within the framework of these contracts may create numerous disputes and this isdue to a conflict of interest between the host country and the foreign investor.Hence, the effective proactive role for the will of the contractors to avoid such disputes comes through the inclusion of contractual and preventive conditions represented in the Legislative Stability and renegotiating in an effort to ensure the nodal balance of the contract
