This study aimed at detecting the effectiveness the Effectiveness of instructional Weblog in developing the writing skills of the class teachers at Mutah University and their attitudes towards it.

The sample of the study consisted of (44) female students of the writing skills section and its methods of teaching which was divided into two groups: an experimental group of 23 students that studied using the electronic code in the computer lab, and the control group of (21) students which was taught using the conventional way.

To achieve the objectives of the research, the writing skills test and the attitudes scale towards the weblog were constructed.

Validity and reliability were ensured.

The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the means of the students of the grade teacher on writing skills test in favor of the experimental group.

The results also showed the effectiveness of the weblog in developing the writing skills among female class teachers at Mutah University according to Black equation.

Also, there was a statistically significant difference in the pre and post application of the attitude scale towards the weblog on the experimental group in favor of the post application.

Among the recommendations of the research is the use of weblogs in the teaching university courses due to their superiority on the usual way
