Under the title : "The Touristic Colonialism-The Failures of Western Modernity in the Arab Countries," we will read a study by the Tunisian scholar Adel A1 Washani.

This study seeks to clarify much of the mystery about this vital field in the international economy, in particular the economies of the Arab Mediterranean world, then he arrives at a set of conclusions with general inductions of the failure of the Western modernity in its colonial form in developing the touristic systems in the Arab countries.
