Pterocarpus and Pterocarpus products have a certain human health function.

Therefore, this paper to Pterocarpus pedatus Pierre as an example, to study its extract on human health beneficial health care ingredients.

FT-IR analysis showed that the infrared transmittance of Pterocarpus pedatus Pierre powder after ethanol/benzene extraction was the highest in the infrared spectrum of 400 cm1 –800 cm1 , 2750 cm1 –3200 cm1 wave number.
