The treat Divorce (ellmota) is a Legislation from God Almighty relating to divorce, which is a right of women who have a great purpose in preserving their dignity after changing their social status, and considering the law of (mota) treat in Islam as a right related to divorce, we touch this wisdom and fail to realize other purpos (Makassedes); Therefore, the treat is lawful compensation for divorce and in the case of abuse first; the overlap in the judicial decisions in some of the statutes is due to ignorance of the treat, as well as the desire to protect the rights of women and put an end to the power of the unjust man; but the judge has to judge one of them to ease the husband and not abuse.
