The phenomenon of "juvenile delinquency" is one of the most prominent social phenomena that disturb the social order in any society.

As for the society in our Arab and Islamic countries, especially in Algeria, it is a special peculiarity from other countries.

The real causes of it, and try to address the possible effects of this phenomenon on society.

Therefore, this study is an attempt to explain some of the social factors leading to the emergence of this phenomenon, and the problem of this study can be crystallized in the following question: What are the main social factors leading to juvenile delinquency and how these factors relate to the phenomenon in question? To identify the various factors leading to juvenile delinquency, as well as to identify the impact of social factors on the delinquency of the juvenile, to identify the main reasons that led to the emergence of delinquent behavior in the event, and to identify the most important family factors (social, economic and cultural.(
