To fill the législation vacuum, this study aims at aformed the most important rules prescribed process about the use of the check as a tool to restitute the Bank Deposit cash, through the details of the légal and banking provisions, which the Bank should observed in the occasion of the implementation of the commitment to fulfill the value of the check on the one hand, and on the other cases, a statement of the responsibility of the drawee bank when the breach of these obligations and cases of there absence.

all this to clarify the provisions of this commitment ,and to know the extent of interest of the algerian legislator about this mechanism, especially in the case of combine with the restitution of the bank Deposit cash .
