Hayder Hameed Rasheed College of Education for women – University of Baghdad Abstract Unquestionably, many historical and academic studies have tackled Baghdad pact, but it mainly focus on uncovering its political effects rather than focusing on the social and economic advantages that the pact countries looked forwardThe research also tackles the diplomatic official papers concerning holding the second ministerial meeting of Baghdad pact council which has taken place in the Iranian capital Tehran 16-19 April 1956, and which is consigned in the Egyptian library for books and The USA incorporation to the economical committee and the committee of Anti-destructive factors, has established a new era in the pact process due to England need to tighten and strengthen its vigor and threated status in middle East a part from reinforcing the military and Economical faculties of the alliance.

The research helps in understanding the motivations of the USA to partial adherence to the pact and its determination to keep a balanced relationships with other neighboring countries who refused to enroll in the pact especially Egypt who considered the pact as a national threating to its safety.

The USA partial adherence to the pact helped in gaining economic assistance and military aids to the pact countries that have been in need for defense the research point out the anxiety of the pact countries from communist danger and rearming the pact countries e.g.

Egypt, Syria and Saudi Arabia Kingdom.

It is considered to be a military unbalancing factor in middle East that would led to rivalry the Soviet Union influence on the region required or grant of land by England and the USA.
