أثر استخدام برنامج "فوكاس كي" على التحصيل الأكاديمي لطلاب قسم التربية التقنية (كهرباء)‎ بكلية التربية-جامعة السودان للعلوم و التكنولوجيا و اتجاهاتهم نحو البرنامج

This study aimed to measure the impact of “FocusKy” Program on the academic achievement of 3rd yaer students of the Technical Education Department, “Electricity”, College of Education, Sudan University of Science and Technology, in addition to examining learners’ trends toward Focusky technology.

The experimental and descriptive analytical methods were used by the researchers in order to verify the hypotheses of the study.

The target population of the study were the students of The Technical Education Department “Electricity” which includes (109) studens from the first to fourth year, with a sample of (24) students of the 3rd year “Electricity Department”.

In order to coduct the experiment, the sample of the study was devided into two groups, experimental and control group, (12) students in each group.

The researchers used the post-test to measure the academic achievement and utilized a questionnaire to collect the students’ feedback.

The study found that: There are significant statistical differences at (0.05) level between the average scores (GPA) of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group students in the post-test for the experimental group, also there are significanct statistical differences at (0.05) level between the average scores (GPA) of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group students in the experimental test in favouring the experimental group.

Results confirmed that “FocusKy” Technology has the capability to provide more opportunity for high level of interaction during the learning.

And students of Technical Education, Electricity Department prefer “FocusKy” rather than the traditional method of teaching
