الملخص EN

The aim of this study is to present a proposed model for applying quality assurance standards in higher education institutions.

The model was based on related research findings and literature review.

The proposed model consists of two dimensions: the first is quality assurance implementation requirements that include five requirements : (a) training administrators, (b) training faculty and staff, (c) developing confidence, (d) instilling pride in vocational professional work, and (e) changing the institutions’ cul-ture.

The second dimension is composed of a detailed plan include vision, mission, objectives, activities, organizational chart, number of required human recourses, job description, policy and procedures for implementing each activity, work manual, and quality assurance manual.

Finally, the study provides a number of recommendations and suggestions.
