The development which occurred on the position of cabinet in the Mamluk's era swung between the strength , when proficient people, who are capable of doing the tasks of this position ,and the weakness which resulted from making other new jobs which took many specializations from the minister of his own specialization and tasks , because electing ministers in the beginnings of the Mamluk's Sultan depended on many condition which the sultans looked after providing with as possible of those who take this position .

But in ends of the Mamluk's era , the sultans of that time did not pay attention to these conditions because of the weakness which occurred on this position, in that the ordinary layman took the position of ministry by bribe.

After has been hold by the scientists and clergymen who have proficiency in the sea Mamluke era , but money became the road to take this position at the ends of the Jerkesi Mamlukes era not the proficiency
