Sport institutions suffering of difficulty knitting between human resources knowledge storage & strategic decision taking whereas institutions future's according to the degree of idealism realization& investment of its resource's to increase it's competitive abilities & it's turnover to strategic intelligence as vital constituent for attainment institution's goals & the one of important resource as exceptional strategic armament for achievement success throw investment of collective knowledge about analysis of in-board environment (chances& threats) against economic agglomeration & knowledge revolt .

Wherefore the study aimed at recognizing the standard level of Strategic Intelligence (SI) " strategic management for making strategic decision, knowledge management (KM),economic & organized Intelligence (EI) as access for decision taking" In Egyptian Sport Institutions according to description method by applied the questionnaire as an information collect tool in a random sample of (100) sport management ,economic & polity sciences , business administration experts from members of general assembly and board of directors in (6) sport institutions – according to the study requirements .

The study results lead to the decrease the knowledge level of decision taker in sport institutions about (IS) concepts & applications ,in spite of determinism Appling (SI) in sport institution's administrative protocol , finiteness of devices & supported systems for (KM) and prerequisite for organization memory construction's in umbra of (EI) basic culture absence which lead to absences of strategic intelligence as access for decision taking.

The researcher Recommends with Appling strategic intelligence in sport institutions management by creation an strategic intelligence administration to supplying the institutions director's by information & delineation strategies& assessment environment (chances& threats) surrounded of organization ,(KM) activation process & Economic intelligent tool's to support competitive advantage ,set inboard internet between sport institutions for knowledge interchange & support the environmental connection , creation strategic intelligence course (SI) included in sport & physical education colleges study program , construct agency for propagation technological information & strategic intelligence which advance service to sport institutions .
