Corporate governance is a rather new topic for Algerian companies, it responds to a concern for organizational effectiveness by proposing institutional mechanisms and practices that contribute to the resolution of conflicts between management and management functions, that are the source of dysfunction companies ; This article attempts to explain that this notion has a conception appropriate to the Algerian context, considering its peculiarities.
Between the difficulties faced by public enterprises in adapting to new environmental constraints and the various constraints that trample on private companies seeking performance, the notion of corporate governance remains an ambivalent concept.
الملخص FRE
La gouvernance d’entreprise est une thématique assez nouvelle pour les entreprises algériennes, elle répond à un souci d’efficacité organisationnelle en proposant des mécanismes institutionnels et des pratiques, qui contribuent à la résolution des conflits entre fonction de direction et de gestion, source de dysfonctionnement des entreprises ; Cet article s’attache à expliquer que cette notion a une conception appropriée au contexte algérien en considérant ses particularités.
Entre les difficultés des entreprises publiques à s’adapter aux nouvelles contraintes environnementales, et les différentes entraves qui piétinent les entreprises privées en quête de performance, la notion de gouvernance d’entreprise reste un concept ambivalent.
