The present article aims to describe the different stages in the development of a test for the purpose of measuring psychological stress in adolescents enrolled in high school whose age between sixteen and nineteen years old.

The items of this test were immediately divided into four main axes representing the main aspects of an adolescent's experience: psychological, relational, school, and physiological.

Indeed, to verify the psychometric characteristics of this test; namely, validity and reliability, we calculated arithmetic mean, variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, "T" test, and Alpha Krumbach coefficient for two independent samples.

Accordingly, we obtained (0, 93) validity and (0, 87) reliability.

So, these psychometric characteristics of the said test proved to be valid.

Lastly, we adopted the final formula of the test to be composed of 42 items, and these, in return, were divided into four dimensions: (08 items) school stress, (12 items) for psychological stress, (11 items) stress Relational and (11 items) for physiological symptoms.
