In the FLE class, Algerian pupils encounter difficulties in written production in general and in understanding the instruction of writing in particular because activities and tasks are all guided by instructions.

The study presented here is based on our doctoral corpus and in this scientific paper ; we will focus on the problem of understanding the instruction in the class of FLE.

The results of our survey, conducted with teachers from different high schools in the city of Souk-Ahras, allow us to better understand the contribution of reformulation in the understanding of the instructions of writing.

This would facilitate the realization of the task as long as the instruction is supposed to be a help for the learner and not an obstacle.

الملخص FRE

En classe de FLE, les élèves algériens rencontrent des difficultés en production écrite en général et en compréhension de la consigne d’écriture en particulier car les activités, les tâches sont toutes guidées par des consignes.

L’étude présentée ici s’appuie sur notre corpus de doctorat et dans le cadre de cet article, nous nous focaliserons sur la problématique de la compréhension de la consigne en classe de FLE.

Les résultats de notre enquête, menée auprès d’enseignants de différents lycées de la wilaya de Souk-Ahras, vont nous permettent de mieux comprendre l’apport de la reformulation dans la compréhension des consignes d’écriture.

Ce qui faciliterait par la suite la réalisation de la tâche du moment que la consigne est censée être une aide pour l’apprenant et non pas un obstacle.
