All the specialists agree that the primary stage is the sensitive stage because it touches on building the child in all aspects, especially the physical aspect, which affects the other aspects negatively or positively.

The importance of physical education in the personality of the emerging, which reflects the role of those who are there - primary teachers in primary school -, from this point can ask the following :questions - What is the nature of the attitudes of the primary teachers towards physical education and sports activity؟ - Are there any statistically significant differences in the attitudes of teachers of primary education due to gender variables and professional experience؟ The study used the descriptive approach; the 16-word directions to physical education and sports questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 60 teachers of both sexes.

The results were as follows: - There are positive trends for teachers of primary education towards the activity of physical education and sports.

- There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of teachers of primary education due to gender variables and professional experience.

The study concluded with a number of suggestions, the most important of which are:  The allocation of university professors from the branches of physical education and sports to teach this activity with precision and mastery, in primary schools  Inclusion of the activity in the end of primary education exam to impose the composition of the first years of children.

 Not to use the quotas for physical education activity in other activities, and to punish violators.

 Create a new position for follow-up and training (physical education inspector in primary).
