The purpose of the article is to approach of the term feminist criticism – Problematic of the concept and the perspective in the Arabic and modern criticism, and this, by working on a group of critic and knowledge problematic accompanying the appearance of the term.

We shall not start to wonder if there is an Arabic feminist literature or not? Because questioning by the way becomes illegitimate; because the woman has been implanted in the Arabic creative writings and brought a creative and intellectual production that cannot be denied.

However, the question which has legibility while searching about the feminist criticism, and shall be equitable for the determination, firstly, of the concept of the feminist criticism, and the characteristics of those writings related to the feminist criticism field?
