In recent years, most countries have enacted laws to prohibit Organ trafficking, note that this trade is severely repressed in the world including Algeria, where the Algerian legislature adopted a special policy for punitive confront and combat this offense, first it has imposed dissuasive sanctions against perpetrators and their accomplices.
Whether physical or moral persons, he also imposed heavy fines on those criminals.
on the other hand it exempted or reduced – according to the case- the penalty to encourage offenders to inform specialized authorities of organ trafficking offenses and denounce its authors, all that in order to protect the body human of any infringement on his dignity and exclude his organs of the frame of financial operations as a commodity bought and sold for not that the human person becomes auction item.
الملخص FRE
Ces dernières années, la plupart des pays ont adopté des lois interdisant le trafic d'organes humains.
Il faut savoir que ce commerce est très sévèrement réprimé dans le monde entier notamment en Algérie, où le législateur a adopté une politique punitive spéciale pour affronter et combattre cette infraction.
Le législateur a imposé d’une part, des sanctions dissuasives contre les auteurs et leurs complices, qu’ils soient des personnes physiques ou morales, ainsi que de lourdes amendes à ces criminels ; il a d’autre part, dispensé ou réduit –selon les cas- la peine encourue en vue d’encourager les délinquants d’informer les autorités spécialisées des infractions de trafic d’organes et de dénoncer les auteurs et ce, dans le seul but de protéger le corps humain de toute atteinte à sa dignité et exclure ses organes du cadre des opérations financières comme une marchandise vendue et achetée.
