يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل و تفسير مكونات حركة العملية التعليمية الجامعية، الذي دام ثلاث سنوات متتالية مع طلبة جامعيين في الطور الجامعي الأول.
و لتحقيق هذه الغاية اقتضت خطتنا الإجرائية جمع المعطيات الأساسية انطلاقا من الاستبيانات المنهجية التي أعدت لهذا الغرض، فضلا عن الفحص الدقيق ،الذي أبان عن وجهة نظر المدرسين و الطلبة ، و سلط الضوء على خصوصية الوساطة التربوية التي لم يتضح هدفها بعد ، إلا أنه وضع بالموازاة في المقدمة محاولات أصيلة لمكونات ستبرز على أرضية الميدان في فضاء ممكن للتأقلم البيداغوجي، الذي يتمظهر من التحليل الذي ستنكشف أهميته من الفعلي الوسيطي مع فعل البرنامج التعليمي الذي يحدد )مسار الطلاب(
الملخص EN
This reflection tries to describe and explain the components of the action tutorial university.
Work carried out during three years from undergraduate university and with their tutors, we collected data from questionnaires.
The exam of viewpoints of tutors and students tutored highlights the specificity of pedagogical mediation does not accomplish his objective but at the same time put in front of the original constitution attempts "on the job" of a possible adaptation educational space.
Analysis emerges the need to adapt the action to the specific tutorial "business students."
الملخص FRE
Cette réflexion cherche à décrire et à expliquer les composantes de l'action tutorale à l'université.
Un travail mené pendant une durée de trois années consécutives auprès d'étudiants de premier cycle universitaire et auprès de leurs tuteurs, nous avons recueilli des données à partir de questionnaires.
L'examen des regards croisés de tuteurs et d'étudiants tutorés fait ressortir la spécificité d'une médiation pédagogique qui n'atteint pas son but mais qui, parallèlement, met à l'avant des tentatives originales de constitution «sur le tas» d'un espace possible d'adaptation pédagogique.
De l'analyse émerge la nécessaire adaptation de l'action tutorale aux spécificités des «métiers d'étudiants».
