The aims of this study is to explain the new authorities of the administrative judge to ensure the implementation of judgments against the administration under the law of civil and administrative procedures, which explicitly admitted to the judge for the first time the power to executive orders with possibility of inclusion his judgments with the fine threatening to ensure their implementation, after he was the administrative judge shall refrain automatically to use these powers under the law of civil procedures, despite the lack of any legal provision they prevents it.
