In the light of globalization and scientific and technological development, intensified competition among organizations; in order to survive and achieve profitability, and achieve superiority over competitors, and to achieve this has to be the organization to gain a sustainable competitive advantage; to ensure its survival and continuity in the market, but to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage is not easy for organizations, and that this feature is the strength and sustainability, depends on many factors, the most important feature source, knowledge is the most important sources that enable the organization to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, only to provide knowledge in the organization does not mean that the arrival of the organization to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, what management is knowledge management within the organization, in order to ensure the achievement of the organization a sustainable competitive advantage through this knowledge are not available.
