Some of the pragmatic factors in translation are the technical language and the specific message; this is why the data collection is necessary.
Hence, the present study attempts to discover the relationship between the translation of pharmaceutical leaflets and the translation market in Algeria and the Arab World.
One of the major problems facing the translator is how to make his text : Should he bring the drug to the market or save the lives of patients and change the course of their destinies for the best, by using a common vocabulary and even scholarly terms ?

La traduction pragmatique est déterminée par sa langue de spécialité et elle essaye de véhiculer une information dans une autre langue, voilà pourquoi elle nécessite toujours une documentation, voire une enquête permanente.
A cet effet, cette étude tente de mettre en évidence les liens qui existent entre la traduction des notices pharmaceutiques et le marché de la traduction en Algérie et dans le Monde Arabe.
Il s‘agit d‘un véritable défi auquel la traduction pharmaceutique a commencé à faire face : fautil commercialiser un médicament, ou sauver des vies de patients et construire leurs destins en utilisant un vocabulaire commun voire même savant ?
