الملخص EN

This paper tackles a very crucial topic that is been one of the topics in the scientific and educational field.

It is lingual communication; which is a social continuity which is quite open to all fields, through which co-operation takes place on the lure of individuals, groups even countries.

The research aims at relief the Arabic Language of the ordeal that it suffer from the testing usage and practice.

Hence the paper highlighted the educational field as it’s the best spot to celebrate the Arabic Language.

As education the Arabic education are tightly related since there is no new lingual awareness without a serious educational frame wrote.

The importance of this paper is related to two important facts; First: the important of new disciplines in the efficiency of the process of learning languages.

Studying linguistics is considered to be one of the most important aspects of culture.

Second: highlighting the fact that learning a language is for performing its communicative functions in order to achieve connectivity among learners.

This paper has tacked the following points: Teaching problems: it differentiated between 3 main concepts; Teaching, Learning and Instruction.

It was highlight had that the choice of content is one of the most important factors that language learning depends on.

Then comes the organization of the content, taking into consideration the sequence some of the difficulties facing our Arabic Language ware discussed as awell .

Learning Theories : In order to have a good teaching, we have to make use of the fast growing development of sciences and technologies.

This is what delt within this point was.

La didactique and Languages teaching: we emphasized that teaching existance has been related to learning theories which is connected to all teaching disciplines and learning methods.

As for teaching languages; it is a practical field which is concerned with changes and developments of the human life on the different scientific, cultural and teaching aspects.

Language and Connectivity: we highlight the pragmatic aspect of the language; the productivity and creativity of language that lead to the ultimate goal which is understanding.

The research aims at some results which include; the necessity of caring for our language; being up-to-date and learning about the newest cultural aspects without losing its identity or its characteristics in order to reach the world keeping the past root.
