The technological innovation is today one of the most important resources for the acquisition of the competitive advantage of organization.

It is generally defined as the knowledge that enables the organization to realize value and create wealth.

Any organization is distinguished from others on the basis of a strategy on economic intelligence, innovation, invention, renewal, research, and evolution, to provide specific products or services that refuse counterfeiting and imitation on the part of competitors.

The essential results of this study are that modern organization works in a dynamic environment full of changes that has influences on the effectiveness of strategic decisions of the organization.

For this it is compulsory to innovate new technologies and procedures to achieve the objectives, such as to construct a system of technological innovation, to evolve products and production methods.
