Considering that the private sector is the tool, by which economic policies achieve their economic and social objectives, It is necessary to work on improving the appropriate climate and the appropriate conditions through the activation of variables that affect the growth of the private sector so that monetary policy can be directed according to the requirements of the national economy, These variables are the growth rate of money supply (M2), domestic credit to the private sector (CP) and real interest rate (I) In order to understand the nature of this relationship, we conducted a standard study of the data obtained.

We found that the variables that explain the growth rate of private investment are represented in (M2, i) These variables, which were adopted directly by the Malaysian monetary policy to affect the real sector during the period of study, explain only 30% of the total variables that affect the growth of private investment, That is why we have analyzed the relationship between Islamic finance and domestic private investment.

We have observed the continued growth of Islamic finance, which is a positive indicator of private investment growth, creating the right climate for investment, especially since this type of financing does not affect the overall level of prices.
