This study aims to highlight the importance of the role that small industrial projects can play in achieving balanced development in the Kingdom through its great ability to create jobs for a large number of labor force as well as to create income for them and for the owners of these projects, Pension for many categories of community members.

Therefore, the importance of small projects and their historical role in building and developing huge economic monuments, explaining their characteristics and types as well as the positive effects of their development and diagnosing the problems and obstacles facing them have been shown in addition to presenting an integrated set of proposals and recommendations that will contribute to overcoming these problems and finding scientific solutions.
