Data warehouse (DW) is considered as the création, maintenance, and utilization of a decision support infrastructure that offers a distinct opportunity to enhance the infrastructure of Information Technology (IT).

The successful implémentation rate of the data warehouse System is however low and the majority of firms fail to achieve their intended goals concerning the System.

This paper provides a discussion of the results of the model, specifically the relationship between some of the quality factors and the net benefits of data warehouse.

The selected independent variables were expected to measure System quality and information quality service while the dépendent variable was expected to measure the net benefits of the data warehouse Systems.
