Knowledge is also one of the most prominent means that raise the efficiency of workers and increase their productivity, so the researcher found that insurance companies suffer from not giving importance to the concept of knowledge management and how to benefit from knowledge to improve the level of performance of workers and raise the efficiency and productivity of the worker, A sample of 40 managers of the National Insurance Company was selected, including general managers, heads of departments, department managers and branches to test the hypothesis of the research, which stipulated (there is a significant relationship with statistical significance between knowledge management and raising the efficiency of workers' performance) .
