الملخص الإنجليزي

The aim of the Current study is to identify the role of the Directorate of Culture and Tourism in activating the Cultural tourism in wed souf, which has recently witnessed an active and effective tourist movement which has helped to accelerate the local development of the region like providing jobs and moving internal and external transport through different means of transport especially the period of activities and cultural festivals Such as the festival of the city and the Sufi song.

The cooperation between the Directorate of Culture and Tourism in activating these activities and festivals, as well as the restoration of historical monuments such as the Angles and the old neighbourhoods and, as well as the palaces located in the Wadi Reg which contributed greatly to contain problems that reduce tourism activity in the region.

The area of tourism in wed souf is linked primarily to the tangible and material heritage as well as historical and cultural monuments.
