This study aimed to identify the reality of social responsibility practices in the small and medium food industry’s in the province of Tebessa.

Where the level of availability of its main aspects are measured (public interest service, human resources service, product service, environmental service).

The industrial enterprises studied in Tebessa are still unable to achieve environmental service.
