الملخص EN
The main objective of this study is to conduct an analysis of the industrial tomato industry in the Guelma basin.
During a decade which runs from 2005 to 2015.
The analysis shows that this sector has developed, in terms of areas, production and yield, and also in processing.
On the basis of a field survey that has identified all the actors involved in this sector (companies - farmers).
It has been shown that: - the actors develop a contractualization strategy between them.
- The industrialist is the most influential player in the sector.
- Farmers develop the upstream agricultural through the practice of different agricultural techniques.
- The subsidy policies adopted by the state since independence, has given its fruits with a very remarkable development with the best yields
الملخص FRE
L’objectif principal de cette étude est d’analyser la filière tomate industrielle dans le bassin de Guelma durant la décennie 2005-2015.
L’analyse montre que cette filière a connu un développement certain des superficies de la production et des rendements ainsi qu’au niveau de sa transformation.
A partir d’une enquête sur terrain qui a identifié les acteurs intervenants dans cette filière (agriculteurs producteurs et industriels transformateurs) nous avons constaté que les agriculteurs développent l’amont de la production agricole en utilisant diverses techniques agricoles, l’industriel est l’acteur très influent de la filière, les acteurs pratiquent une stratégie de contractualisation entre eux et les politiques de subvention adoptées par l’Etat contribuent à un développement très remarquable
