Saudi Arabia 2030 vision is an ambitious vision for economic and social change.

this vision adopts a developmental model based on human capital and investment as an entrance to economic development and increase of income.

the vision is distinguished by its emphasis upon the Saudi citizen interests.

it covers economic , social and health aspects.

the colleges of business administration in Saudi universities play an important role in national economy and development of the country through the programs, courses and training courses in the plans of their departments and units.

they contribute to the achievement of the 2030 vision of the kingdom through male / female graduates who understand well the mission of the vision of the kingdom.

this will enhance the realization of the vision and the activation of the private sector through providing qualified human cadres able to meet the needs of labor market.

the study , accordingly ,aims to identify the role of the departments of business administration in the realization of the 2030 vision from the viewpoint of the students and staff members of Shaqra university in Saudi Arabia.

to reach the objectives of the study , the researcher has prepared a questionnaire which comprises personal information about the students and the staff members of departments of business administration of Shaqra university in kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

the questionnaire has many sections, the first is committed to the identification of the tracks and objectives of the kingdom 2030 vision through 7 variable sources.

the second section focuses upon the degree of knowledge in the 2030 vision main tracks, which are seven tracks through 11 episodes .

the first one is about knowledge in the main tracks of the vision, and consists of three episodes.

the second is about the degree of knowledge of the vision objectives at the level of the economy and development , and has 11 episodes.

the third is about the degree of knowledge for some objectives of the vision at the level of governmental reform through 3 episodes..

the fourth deals with the degree of knowledge for some objectives of the vision concerning the cultural and religious aspects and has 11 episodes.

the fifth deals with the degree of knowledge of some developed reform programs included in the Kingdom vision and has 8 episodes.

The questionnaire also has 15 episodes about the evaluation of the role of the departments of business administration of Shaqra University to achieve the 2030 vision.

all the episodes of the questionnaire have five-dimension gradation , and the questionnaire is used to collect the necessary data for achievement of objectives.

the study concludes that the broadcasting and television news programs are the main source for the study sample to identify the tracks and objectives of the 2030 vision of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the ratio of 53 % , followed by the university panels , workshops and lectures with the ratio of 24.4 % .

the study also concludes that the arithmetic average of the degree of knowledge of the major tracks of the 2030 vision of the kingdom , which are the dynamic society , the free economy and the ambition country is 3.90 , which is a high degree of knowledge.

the arithmetic average of the degree of knowledge of some objectives at the level of economic reform is 3.

64 , a high degree and one of its items is the increase of the non- petrol governmental resources from 163 000,000,000 to 1,000.000.000.000,000,000 Riyals annually.

It has attained a high degree of knowledge , 79 out of 196 with the ratio of 46.7 %.

the study shows that the arithmetic average for the degree of knowledge of some objectives of the vision concerning the cultural , religious and social aspects was 3.54% .

which is a high degree of knowledge the accommodation capability of Oumra guests increased from 8 million to 30 million annually , which is a high degree of knowledge with the number of 91 and the ratio of 53.8%.

as for the arithmetic average for some developed reform programs included in the vision , it was 3.44 % , which is a high degree of knowledge , and the highest episode was that of the establishment the Islamic museum, with a response of 52.

the arithmetic average of the responses of the study sample for the episodes of the evaluation of the role of the departments of business administration in the realization of the 2030 kingdom vision was 3.61 % with a high degree of agreement.

the highest episode in terms of responses was that which states : ‘’ i see that new programs are added to cope with the vision emphasis on human capital and investment as a main entrance to economic development, with the response of 87 person ,and the ratio of 51.5 % from the viewpoint of the study sample.

The study shows the presence of statistically significant variations at the variable 0.05 from the viewpoint of the study sample concerning the knowledge of the major tracks of the 2030 vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , which are the dynamic society , the prosperous economy and the ambitious society, due to the variable of sex.

there are also statistically significant variations at the variable 0.05 from the viewpoint of the study sample for some of the vision objectives about economic variety , development and the ambitious country .

Also about the degree of knowledge of some developed reform programs included in the vision and about the episodes of the roles of the departments of business administration in achievement of the 2030 vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Statistically significant variations were also found at the variable 0.05 from the viewpoint of the study sample about the degree of knowledge of some objectives of the vision at the level of governmental reform .

due to the variable of specialization.

the study recommends that interest should be given to the graduates of the departments of business administration in Saudi universities, they have an important role in the achievement of the 2030 vision.

the study also recommends the addition of new courses to the study plans of the departments of business administration in Saudi universities.

if not included ,to cope with the vision emphasis on human capital and investment as a main entrance to economic development.
