Characterized by the environment in which organizations are active diversity and overlapping actors where the variables and this is what drives organizations to work to find some kind of compromise between economic interests and the interests of the surrounding environment, and perhaps the most important aspects of adaptation is to bear its responsibilities towards the parties with interests of social responsibility is an indicator important to assess the contribution of business organizations in achieving sustainable development .

The concepts of social responsibility and sustainable development concepts very close and complementary to each other, the former means integrating social and environmental concerns in business activities and the second means to reconcile economic, social and environmental aspects.

The primary goal of this paper is to highlight the importance of commitment to small and mediumsized organizations, social responsibility and mechanisms activated and show the role they play in the achievement of social development, economic and environmental in order to reach sustainable development
