الملخص EN

Over the centuries, education has fostered intellectual and rational intelligence at the expense of the emotional dimension of the person.

It was therefore mainly concerned with cognitive development.

In all of this, no place was placed on the fundamental components of the personality such as sensitivity, emotion and motivation, on the pretext that the latter are not objective and then are not measurable.

(Chbat, J, 2008) In order to explore this aspect of the teaching profession, we chose to analyze how emotional intelligence is part of the skills mobilized in the teaching practices of the teacher? We also examine what are the tools of emotional education? What educational strategies specific to the emotional field ? And how to introduce emotional education into pedagogical practice to develop emotional intelligence ?

الملخص FRE

Au cours des siècles, l'éducation a favorisé l'intelligence intellectuelle et rationnelle au détriment de la dimension émotionnelle de la personne.

Elle s'est donc surtout préoccupée du développement cognitif, Dans tout cela, aucune place n'était faite aux composantes fondamentales de la personnalité telles la sensibilité, l’émotion et la motivation, sous prétexte que ces dernières ne sont pas objectives et ne sont donc pas mesurables.

(Chbat, J, 2008) Afin d’explorer cet aspect de la profession enseignante, nous avons choisi d’analyser principalement en quoi l’intelligence émotionnelle fait partie des habiletés mobilisées dans les pratiques pédagogiques de l’enseignant ? Nous examinons également quelles sont les outils de l’éducation émotionnelle ?Quelles stratégies pédagogiquesspécifiques au domaine émotionnel ? Et comment introduire l’éducation émotionnelle dans la pratique pédagogique afin de développer l’intelligence émotionnelle ?
