The aim of the research is to know the reality of managerial creativity among managers in commercial banking organizations.

And to identify the extent to which this activity is supported by the level of availability of the elements of creativity in the reality of banking, and the level of availability of factors of administrative innovation.

As well as to identify the nature of the obstacles to administrative innovation among managers in commercial banks.

The survey sample consisted of all managers working in commercial banks in the governorate of Aden (general managers, department directors and vice presidents, heads of departments and supervisors).

Seventy questionnaires were distributed to the sample members.

Sixty of them (85.7% of the distributed questionnaires) represented the actual sample of the study in its final form.

The results of the research are as follows: 1- There is a weakness in the level of availability of the elements of administrative innovation, on the other hand, of obstacles to creativity.

2- The abundance of personal creation factors of the sample individuals , specificlly of the managers at high degree, and the risk factor that exists at moderate degree of the sample individual
