The current study aims to look for the natural organizational Climate in the department of Psychology and department of Social Sciences at Guelma university ,the study took 38 university teachers knowing that only 30 forms were retrieved and the results of the study reached to: -The existence of organizational Climate in the department of Psychology and the department of Social Sciences according to the Appreciation of university teacher.

- No differences in the Appreciation of university teachers about the organizational Climate in the department of Psychology and the department of Social Sciences Due to the variable sex.

- No differences in the Appreciation of university teachers about the organizational Climate in the department of Psychology and the department of Social Sciences Due to the seniority variable.
